"I first heard about your shop from a friend. We visited last year and were very impressed!! So now we have been visiting at least 1 time a year. But when we came this last time, I saw a bike that I really liked, and my husband said to get it. I really liked the fact, that we could look and sit and try the bikes our for size, without having someone breathing down our backs!!! We came back a week later, and now i have my bike in my garage. Thanks to Jeremiah, he was excellant to work with, and everyone in the different dept. Can't till I get my license, so I can actually start driving my bike!! What a fantastic dealer we have in SPHD, I was not reaaly looking for a new bike this year as i sold my 02 ultra, but when i saw that i could get the great deal i couldn't pass up this chance, so i drove the 325 miles round trip to talk to Jeramiah. "My boyfriend and I recently visited Sauk Prairie HD. even though we have a HD in our town we chose to drive over an hour due to the wonderful staff. Every staff person has a smile on their face and makes you feel welcome. My boyfriend found a shirt he liked but there was non in his size. A sales associate was walking by and asked if we had any questions or needed any thing. she went in the back to get one for him, and it didnt even take 2-3min before she was back with the shirt. when we checked out, she even offered to cut the tag off the bandanna so he could wear it on the way home. we love going to Sauk HD. we will for sure be back. "Just bot a '11 Road Glide Custom from SPHD. Bot a Road King Classic from them back in '05. Same experience: Wolf (owner) hanging out telling stories. Jeremiah (sales) no pressure, everything he promised happened. Sheri handled the money flawlessly, no surprises. Gary setup the accessories, threw in the discounts. Brad and Don in service stayed past closing to get me setup. Dwight came in early the next day to adjust a couple things for me. I've dealt with at least two dozen dealerships over the years, from Wisconsin to Florida. Always tried to deal with the local ones for convenience. But I told my wife from now on, I'm just gonna drive the 300 miles round trip and do all my business with SP. Their prices beat everybody else. They honor their discounts. They don't pad the labor. And I don't feel like I'm taking a number when I walk in the door. The people at SP are the key. They get that Gold Shield every year for a reason.
And one other thing: GO PACK GO!"

"I was completely satisfied with my experince at SPHD. On a Saturday two weeks prior my wife recieved a Birthday discount card from SPHD in the mail. She had bought me a shirt or something from you prior. We just looked at used bikes on the way out and noticed a 2003 Road King. It looked nice but didn't know what my 1999 softail was worth so just left. When brought my bike in to find out to my surprise only $5000 and my old bike and bought the 2003. In a matter of hours you're people got the financing done sold me a new coat a backrest for my new bike and even got it installed on a Saturday afternoon. You really have a great group of people and now have a lifelong customer.

"From the first time I walked in the door evryone at SPHD has been outstanding. When I was looking for a bike I knew what I wanted and searched for it a lot of other dealers and the level of customer service at other dealers can not even compare to SPHD. In fact it was after a full day of wasting tankfulls of gas and hours of disappointment dealing with other dealerships, I pulled into SPHD just before closing time and there was what I was looking for. From that point forward the experience has been outstanding. Sales, financing, parts, sevice and motorclothes have bent over backwards to help with anything I have needed. "I just had to say thanks to everyone in the service department for a job well done! We were on our way over to the Mississippi River with seven other bikes when my bike started leaking oil and my throttle was sticking. We were planning on stopping at Sauk just to check things out but HAD to stop since I was uncomfortable going further with my bike not running perfect. You're service department got me in right away and back on the road in 3 hours. All of this on a VERY busy Saturday afternoon. Had a great ride after that and no more leaks. The repair work was less than I thought it was going to be which was a nice surprise. Thanks again for getting us all back on the road as quick as possible! "we recently purchased an 09 tri glide from another dealer, only because the wait for one at sauk was going to be longer. we really wished we had waited for one from sauk. we had some trouble with our new bike, and could not get the help we needed. we called brad at sauk and he immediately started the process to get our bike to his dealership to be repaired. he is very serious about customer satisfaction which was very refreshing after dealing with the other location. we will continue to take our bike back to sauk for service or repair.thanks again to brad and his service dept.,they got our bike in right away and had us back on the road enjoying our new trike. thanks again for caring about the harley cycles you sell and the people who ride them.!!!!!!!!!!"

"Sunday June 28, I was riding nearby when my oil indicator light started flickering. Service Dept was closed, and you only had one tech doing oil changes. I was 100 miles away from home, and 20 minutes to close. Still, your technician Ron went the extra mile to help. He got the tools and checked my oil pressure and replaced the oil pressure switch so I could return safely to Milwaukee. Thanks Ron!"

"I can't say that I've ever had a negative experience at SPHD. You folks have ALWAYS gone above and beyond with me and I never hesitate to make a referral. Keep up the good work, it truly is appreciated. This past summer I had a slight mishap with my '03 Electra Glide Classic and of course because it's an anniversary edition it had custom paint. I went several weeks w/o a front fender and got a little tired of it so I spoke with Brad regarding my dilema. Brad stopped what he was doing and made a couple of phone calls and said he would call me when he heard back from his contacts. The next day Brad called me and said my newly painted front fender would be in by the end of the week and it was. How many people would go out of their way like that to help a customer. SPHD always does.

"I have bought may things from this dealership in the past for my other bike I got from a private seller. I have used the service department and have nothing but good things to say about the experiences with them. I have also worked with the accessories department and have nothing but good things to say about them. Have bought many things from the great Motorclothes staff. They are all great at helping me shop! Thanks Gals! Well most recently I traded in my baby my first bike a 1999 XLH 883 Sportster Hugger. It was a hard choice getting rid a true friend. Althought I do love my 2005 Softail Standard just a bigger improved verison of my old friend. "I purchased my 2005 Heritage Softail Classic several years ago from Vickie M. in sales, and from that date onto the present date, I and my wife, Elaine have felt like "family" at your dealership. "I bought a new Ultra from ya'll in December of 04. It was delivered on Christmas eve to my son's house and it was perfect. All extras installed. Just "PERFECT". I drove on stop 1150 miles from here to get pick it up on January 1st. Curt, Jr., and everyone else that made this happen in such a short time and all over the phone I want to say, "THANK YOU". You all went way above what I ever expected ANY dealer to do. Then Febuary I made a second trip to have you attach the sidecar that I had ordered. The mechanics all worked past their quiting time to get it done and right. My hat is off to ALL. Yes it was 78' when my friend and I left Louisiana and 11' BELOW when we got there but it all was worth it. I WILL buy another bike and drive the 1150 miles oneway to get it anytime with this kind of service and caring. "This dealership ROCKS!!
I live about 85 miles away, in Fond du Lac, but it's well worth the trip and a great ride there and back also. I've been there so often, I should work there! LOL
I purchased my very first Harley - 2005 Sportster 1200 Custom - from these people, at the ripe old age of 40. LOL They were very willing to negotiate, which many dealers DO NOT even consider doing these days. This is why they sell so many bikes. I send everyone I know to them if they're looking to buy a bike - used or new.
Everyone involved was so helpful, knowledgeable and fun! They made it so enjoyable and they truly cared about my concerns, questions and satisfaction. Financing was a breeze.
This is the ONLY dealer where I have service work done! I trust their work and staff 100%!
They also have the best storage deals around. My newer bike - well, not newer, but bigger & better, LOL - has the honor of going there every winter for warm, safe keeping, and great service/accessory work.
It's the only dealer I know of that makes a genuine effort to know their customers personally, greet you by name and make you feel right at home every time you walk through the doors.
I'll never go anywhere else! I plan on buying my next bike from them, and the next one after that, and the next one after that. LOL Road king Custom here I come!

"Once again I have to let you all know what a great job you are doing. I broke the shift lever on my '03 Ultra on a ride on Sunday. (I used duct tape to get home.) I called after 3:00PM on Monday to see if you had the part. (3 in stock)Tuesday at 9:00AM it was shipped to my work. Less then 18 hours and it was shipped over 250 miles. With service like this you are saying "sit on the couch and do your shopping". I would rather ride the 250 miles to do my shopping! So "SLACK OFF" with the GREAT service and "let me ride"!
