"I purchased my 2005 Heritage Softail Classic several years ago from Vickie M. in sales, and from that date onto the present date, I and my wife, Elaine have felt like "family" at your dealership. We'll never forget how everyone has treated us, on every visit (and we make alot)to Sauk Prairie. Whether I need to buy some extra chrome or other parts for the bike, or other acessories, to when we need to buy some riding apparel, all the staff are "exceptional". Through our travels we have stopped at many other HD dealerships, but will still always comment on how these places were "nice", but nothing compared to SPHD....which is "off the charts". Wolf has built a very succesful business, with all his staff still remembering to "treat everyone like family". We have recommended SPHD to countless friends, whom will soon experience what we have enjoyed over the last several years...and will continue to. "I bought a new Ultra from ya'll in December of 04. It was delivered on Christmas eve to my son's house and it was perfect. All extras installed. Just "PERFECT". I drove on stop 1150 miles from here to get pick it up on January 1st. Curt, Jr., and everyone else that made this happen in such a short time and all over the phone I want to say, "THANK YOU". You all went way above what I ever expected ANY dealer to do. Then Febuary I made a second trip to have you attach the sidecar that I had ordered. The mechanics all worked past their quiting time to get it done and right. My hat is off to ALL. Yes it was 78' when my friend and I left Louisiana and 11' BELOW when we got there but it all was worth it. I WILL buy another bike and drive the 1150 miles oneway to get it anytime with this kind of service and caring. A special thanks also goes to WOLF for the owner that actually took the time to make it all happen. You were in the shop making sure that it was done and I was happy. I have never experienced this. You made buying my 14th Harley an experience that I will never forget. You are the "DEALERSHIP THAT CARES". I would like to take the time to commend you for assisting us with purchasing my 07 Sportster in November of 2007. I am a new rider and this is my first bike. You were very attentive to every need and concern that I expressed. You were quick to try different windshields and adjust the handle bars as well as address my questions or concerns. You took time to check things out without me even asking. Al you obviously did not disregard anything I was saying and directly spoke to me verses my husband. As a women that was greatly appreciated. "This dealership ROCKS!!
I live about 85 miles away, in Fond du Lac, but it's well worth the trip and a great ride there and back also. I've been there so often, I should work there! LOL
I purchased my very first Harley - 2005 Sportster 1200 Custom - from these people, at the ripe old age of 40. LOL They were very willing to negotiate, which many dealers DO NOT even consider doing these days. This is why they sell so many bikes. I send everyone I know to them if they're looking to buy a bike - used or new.
Everyone involved was so helpful, knowledgeable and fun! They made it so enjoyable and they truly cared about my concerns, questions and satisfaction. Financing was a breeze.
This is the ONLY dealer where I have service work done! I trust their work and staff 100%!
They also have the best storage deals around. My newer bike - well, not newer, but bigger & better, LOL - has the honor of going there every winter for warm, safe keeping, and great service/accessory work.
It's the only dealer I know of that makes a genuine effort to know their customers personally, greet you by name and make you feel right at home every time you walk through the doors.
I'll never go anywhere else! I plan on buying my next bike from them, and the next one after that, and the next one after that. LOL Road king Custom here I come!

" You folks always keep me informed of whats going on at your dealership by postcards. I live in Racine and ride out to your store probably twice a month, not just for the ride but because I like your dealership better than any I have visited. Your people take the time to help when you need it, and your always greeted at the door. They show a honest intrest in you. I like having access to the outlet store next door. "Once again I have to let you all know what a great job you are doing. I broke the shift lever on my '03 Ultra on a ride on Sunday. (I used duct tape to get home.) I called after 3:00PM on Monday to see if you had the part. (3 in stock)Tuesday at 9:00AM it was shipped to my work. Less then 18 hours and it was shipped over 250 miles. With service like this you are saying "sit on the couch and do your shopping". I would rather ride the 250 miles to do my shopping! So "SLACK OFF" with the GREAT service and "let me ride"! See you all shortly for service."
