Sauk Prairie Harley-Davidson, Inc. is a business committed to its community and local causes. Over the past 30 years in business, we have strived to establish a principle, one of serving others. With that in mind, we try to participate in as many activities within our community as possible. Due to the large amount of donation requests we receive each month, we ask that you fill out our donation request form.

It is our intent to meet as many donation requests as possible. However, due to the amount that are submitted, please understand we cannot grant all a donation. Please make sure that your request is submitted at least 30 days prior to the event. Also, include proof of the event in the form of a flyer, poster, raffle ticket or letter from the organization.
